We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

Return period: For goods purchased from Ruanbay, you have 14 days return period, calculated from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product has quality problems, you can contact us by email:support@vmamu.com

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return conditions:

1. Keep the original appearance of the product, without washing, wearing, or damaging it, and it will not affect secondary sales.
2. Please attach the complete original packaging, accessories, product labels, invoices, and other items when returning the product.
3. If there are quality problems with the product, please provide clear photo or video evidence.

Return process:
